LibreChat self-hosted Jina Reranker API

In LibreChat, you can use FireCrawl and Searxng self-hosted for Web Search. But Jina — that is used for reranking, is not supported for self-hosting as far as I understand. I looked at the format LibreChat expects, and made a small API in python that conforms to it.
