Podcast Saver 2021.1 adds support for removing emojis in file names. Apparently, emojis can be problematic when saving to certain cloud services. I've not been able to confirm/reproduce that, but I guess the feature can be useful anyway :-) Also made some under-the-hood improvements to the XML-parser.
